Nice room, unreliable service. Impossible to ask a question on phone, person hangs up. Very bad management of the location. Person is rude as well, upon our departure she just ignored us as we approached for a simple question.

Food is very bad here. If you’re looking for breakfast, some of the items are multiple days old, very dry, and worse than the other hotels around.

For the price you can get better elsewhere for sure.

This place could be great if the people just read the reviews, made adjustments, and improved their attitude.

A FUIR hôtel désastreux des vrais pompes à fric. il se débrouille pour nous faire croire que leur chambre d'hôtel a un problème pour nous déplacer dans un autre hôtel à côté qui est beaucoup moins cher que leur hôtel à eux. ARNAQUE Ils font en sorte de faire de l'overbooking pour nous déplacer dans un maison chalet beaucoup moins bien. Je trouve ça déplorable on a eu une hôtesse au téléphone qui gère l'hôtel pas du tout aimable personne à l'accueil qui gère l'hôtel tout se fait par téléphone. Franchement aller autre part je leur souhaite la faillite

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel|Was clean and cozy. I have read in other reviews that some had trouble checking in and accessing a key, but maybe that has been remedied bc we arrived late after hiking all day. A code to access a room key had been emailed to us and check in was easy. |Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking and travelling. Breakfast was really good and they have coffee and tea accessible any time in the lobby.|The scenery outside the hotel was beautiful, and I also enjoyed a run in the morning stepping right out the door from the hotel, down the road into a valley with waterfalls and a hot spring just 2 miles from Lambafell.|We would highly recommend this hotel!

This is a self check in hotel. Our room had not even one chair, no night lamps and wasnt the cleanest. On top of that water smell of rust and solfur. For what we paid I expexted more. Very nice views and reasonable breakfast included were the plus of the location

Great place with a jacuzzi, delicious breakfast, and wonderful mountain views. The location is close to sightseeing spots.

Gorgeous facility, poor service. I was hoping to give this place 5 stars but the service and small details do not live up to the property. Breakfast was advertised from 8am till 10am and shut down by 9 am, if you didn’t get there first, you didn’t get any scrambled eggs. We got there at 8:50 and the staff ignored us and our request to replenish the food. ||I also tried to contact the place before my arrival for a special request for my 83 year old mother who was travelling with me annd my daughter and they never returned my call or message, ||The hot tub was lukewarm, no toilet paper in the bathroom near the hot tub and towels you would find in a 2 star motel. Bottom line is, not worth the price we paid.

Las habitaciones son correctas, están limpias, nosotros estuvimos en una de 4 y no se nos hizo pequeña. El enclave en el que se encuentra es precioso, pero eso creo que otro hotel cercano será igual porque toda la zona es maravillosa.
El desayuno es apañado, sin ser nada del otro mundo.
Lo peor que no haya nadie de staff solo te cruzas a una persona a la hora del desayuno. El Jacuzzi es un punto.

Pues horroroso...nos metieron en la habitación 205, la de los duendes y elfos, de tejado, mal llamada abuhardillada, doble con baño privado y solo una mesilla. Mi pareja y yo haciendo turnos para andar, vestirnos, sacar la ropa..porque no había ni armario ni barra para colgar la ropa. La ventana o tragaluz daba al tejado, con lo que no sabíamos si era de día o de noche y enana .Dos cojines por almohada y el desayuno con un café horroroso de máquina instantánea (que las hay buenas) y bollería envasada. Por fuera, las mesas con telarañas y el jacuzzi con las gomas amarillas.El baño estaba limpio, menos mal, y el entorno inmejorable. La piscina termal a 1 hora andando...eso de 20 minutos será corriendo....en fin, gracias a dios estuvimos poco tiempo. No es una referencia negativa, es la verdad. Nos pusimos en contacto con el alojamiento y sin respuesta y booking solo palabras bonitas de funeral. HUYAN
