Lo stabile da fuori non è accogliente, devono completare ancora i lavori tipo pitturare il palazzo, appena si apre la porta d'ingresso si resta sorpresa dell'aspetto accogliente. La nostra camera era molto grande e luminosa, pulitissima come anche l'angolo di cottura e il bagno. C'è tutto, non manca niente, mobili nuovi, letti comodissimi, i gestori molto disponibili. After reading some reviews on Tripadvisor and Booking, I got a bit worried. But there was no need to. The studio apartment I got was modern, clean and spacious enough. The studio had comfortable beds, a table and 2 chairs, 1 sofa, TV, small kitchen, big wardrobe and a good bathroom. Wifi worked well. On the website they mention a microwave, but my studio didn’t have one. There is no lift neither, but most apartments are just 1 floor up. ||Rif is very small and there are no shops or restaurants, only a few companies and a small harbour. So it gets very quiet in the evening. Bust just a 5 minute drive will bring you to Olafsvik, which has restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. ||The communication is by e-mail. A few days before you arrive, you get the apartment number and the pin code to open it. It worked fine for me.

Service was quick, but noticed exactly hospitable. When we entered, our room had a close smell and lots of flies flying around. We called and before we could ask to change our room they said they would sent someone and hanged the phone. A service member came, who did not speak English, and took care of the smell, which was mainly in the toilet. After killing the flies and an hour of airing, the room was tolerable. They next day the smell was gone even from the toilet. Other than that the room was comfy, with good new kitchenware. Another couple said their room had no smells. TV didn't work though, or the other night lamp. Or the service tablet in the hall. WiFi worked on my newer phone, but not my girlfriend's older model. They changed our towels between nights. Stayed for a two nights.

Very clean and modern apartment for a short stay. You enter via code provided through email. The kitchen equipment is well stocked. The bathroom is clean and showers are hot. Hangers are available for hanging clothes. There's a closet and shelfs for putting stuffs. Toaster and kettle are provided. Very satisfied with the room overall.

Not much to look at from the outside but is great inside! Very efficiently maintained. The apartment was well appointed and large with a balcony to enjoy the harbor it overlooked. Our two kids enjoyed watching the boats go in and out of the harbor. Our family of 4 was extremely comfortable here. I just wish there were a few more towels or paper towels in the kitchen and a few small repairs were done in the house

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet appartement. Au premier abord le bâtiment ne semble pas engageant au milieu d.une zone industrielle. L’intérieur est totalement rénové, il n.y a pas de personnel sur place ce qui ne nous a pas dérangé. L’accès à la chambre se fait avec un code. La chambre dispose d.une kitchenette. La literie est confortable, la décoration est moderne, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

The apartment itself was ok, nothing great or fancy but fine. The birds outside are very loud which we did not mind too much. However when we got there the wifi was not working and the TV neither. So I tried contacting the place via the given email address twice but no response at all. In the hallway there was a tablet to communicate which was also not working. I have no problem with a self check-in apartment as long as I can get in touch if there are problems. Have not heard anything since then, very bad customer service, especially considering the high price.

The outside of the building does not reflect the inside! Very chic minimal rooms with a functional kitchenette (no oven, but a stove top). Rooms were very clean, however there a smell coming from the bathroom. The smell soon disappeared after pouring water down the shower and floor drain. There were no keys needed, but instead a code you had to enter above the door handle. There were stairs but no lift to get the rooms, slightly challenging with heavy suitcases. Overall family happy!
