Overall I would rate Traveo a 10/10 experience. The next time I go to Iceland I will certainly be booking through them again. Travelling solo to Iceland at the age of 23 yrs old was certainly nerve wracking at first, however, from the minute I arrived to the very last day, the trip was organized extremely well by Omar and he made me feel comfortable and safe with the instructions that were given to me upon arrival. He was also quick to respond to my emails within less than 24 hours and gave several recommendations throughout the trip. For the excursions that were cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, Omar made sure I got refunded the proper amount and that accommodation's were available during this time.

In addition my tour guide Johann was also amazing. He was super friendly and outgoing. Johann was a great driver who gave us a lot of neat information while traveling throughout the Ring Road and also made suggestions of additional places we may be interested to stop at. He also played some familiar music during the tour as well as Icelandic music which was cool to listen to! Although we got stuck in a severe wind/snow storm, Johann still made our experience worth our while. He also made sure we had the correct contact information in order to get the refund for the excursions we missed during this time. It was great getting to know him as well as the others on my tour and I would highly recommend this tour for anyone going solo, as a couple, or a family. All of the hotels had amazing views, the meals were delicious, and the people were very friendly.

Traveo Iceland consultant S. Omar Ingason was simply fantastic. From the beginning zoom meeting to meet and get a feeling for the kinds of things we wanted to experience to the very last day, Omar was available, helpful, courteous and kind. When our trip itinerary had to get changed due to a road closure, Omar found us other accommodations and re-jigged our itinerary for us. He also did his very best to work through hotel refunds and cancellations. We have Omar to thank for making our trip to beautiful Iceland so memorable. 5 stars and highly recommended!

This trip was the first time we’ve ever used a travel company to book everything (losing, transportation, tours) and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience with Traveo!! We started with Omar who made all of our plans, met with us via a Skype call to work through details and responded to countless emails as we prepared to visit Iceland! When he decided to pursue a new job opportunity, we were nervous that things would get messed up but Jonathan stepped in seamlessly to help us with last minute things. Our trip was well timed, spaced out, customized to our needs and made it so we could see everything we wanted in our short time in the land of fire and ice! This was our first time traveling to Iceland, and I'm so glad we found Traveo! Jonathan took such good care of us during the whole process. I celebrated my 30th birthday and the entire trip was perfect! We had nothing to worry about, from our arrival at the airport to our departure-everything was accounted for and the direction on the itinerary were easy to follow. On Android I couldn't view the exact details but that wasn't an issue since we had an iPhone that was able to pull up all the details. We'd definitely make the effort to plan another trip to Iceland in the near future!

We had a wonderful 20-day honeymoon once around Iceland. We explored the whole island including the East and West Fjords, full of glaciers, waterfalls, geysers, landscapes, museums and much more. The planning with Jonathan from Traveo was excellent and with his experience and expertise he created a great and unique trip for us (including some insider tips). In addition, he considered every personal request and created a travel guide (itinerary) for us.
Traveo provides you with a complete app with all vouchers, booking references, excellent suggestions for activities/museums/sightseeing/dining. An integrated map function shows directly the activities and routes suggested for the day.
Also during our trip Traveo took care of the smooth process and was always available. We would book with them again anytime.

My husband and I used Traveo- Omar to go to Iceland last year 2022, it was so thoughtfully booked and we had an amazing experience that we wanted to go back this year and see more of this place beauty. First of all, Iceland is a magical place with a lots of world’s wonders. From blue lagoon, hot springs, glaciers, volcanos, northern lights, waterfalls, natural ice caves, volcanic black beaches and so on. Omar put up the itinerary for us to capture the most beautiful places on the south with amazing hotels on the way to sleep in with restaurants with (oh my God) the best food in the world. We have never tried better food, even in Italy. Everywhere we went, even the sandwiches on the gas station were so delicious. Not sure how they do it. But everything tasted so well in Iceland.
We would highly recommend using Traveo- ask for Omar to book your trip. He would think of everything from rental car, places to eat, rest and enjoy.

We had the most incredible experience in Iceland last week and I think that having the BEST travel agent made it worth it all. Jonathan Guisset from Taveo was amazing. So attentive and went out of his way to help us when our flight was cancelled, and we ended up having to shuffle some things around. Jonathan coordinated a perfect vacation for us. We went snowmobiling, glacier walking, saw the Golden Circle, did the Blue Lagoon and Sky Lagoon, and had a nice food tour. We stayed at a wonderful hotel with a perfect location to the central bus stop. His attention to detail and listening to our needs was what we wanted! I HIGHLY recommend using Traveo for any upcoming trip to Iceland. I can definitely vouch for them!

Todo fue realmente fantástico. Fue tal como lo habían dicho otros, de quienes tomamos valor para hacer este viaje con Traveo. Estamos completamente satisfechos. Si Jonathan no hubiera diseñado el viaje, nunca habríamos tenido esta experiencia. A pesar de haber hecho muchos viajes por nuestra cuenta (y otros en grupos en autobús), esta experiencia fue una combinación perfecta para nosotros que definitivamente recomendaremos:
- El coche + internet durante todo el viaje
- La aplicación + toda la información sobre los lugares y las direcciones para llegar
- El alojamiento. Cada lugar es diferente del otro, ofreciendo diversas experiencias: comodidad, historia, campo y apartamentos.
- Los arreglos definitivos para el viaje. Debido al clima, nuestra excursión fue suspendida, pero Jonathan encontró una alternativa para que no nos perdiéramos experimentar Islandia con ella.

Para el futuro, recomendamos encarecidamente dos experiencias más para amantes del cine y la música:
- En el faro de Reykjanesviti, ve a la costa para ver el paisaje de "The Story of Fire Saga".
- En Husavik, visita el Museo del Festival de Eurovisión.

Everything was really fantastic. It was just as others, from whom we took courage to do this trip with Traveo, had said. We were completely satisfied. If Jonathan hadn't designed the trip, we would never have had this experience. Despite having done many trips all by ourselves (and others in groups by bus), this experience was a perfect combination for us that we will definitely recommend.

- The car + internet for the entire trip
- The app + all the information about the places and the directions to get there
- The accommodations. Each place is different from the other, offering various experiences: comfort, history, countryside, and apartments.
- The ultimate arrangements for the trip. Due to the weather, our excursion was suspended, but Jonathan found an alternative for us so that we wouldn't miss out on experiencing Iceland.

For the future, we highly recommend two more experiences for film and music lovers:
- In Reykjanesviti's lighthouse, go to the coast to see the scenery from "The Story of Fire Saga."
- In Husavik, visit the Museum of Eurovision Contest.
