Snyrtilegt hótel á besta stað í borginni. Rúmgóð herbergi með mjög þægilegum rúmum. Vorum á fjórðu hæð með útsýni út Laugaveginn sem var bónus.

Great Stay for Our Needs, and great location!
We stayed at this hotel as a group of four girls, each with a large suitcase, and it was perfect for our situation. The hotel had an elevator, which was a must for us, and it made our stay so much more convenient.

We rented a car, so having parking was essential. The parking lot in the back was small, with fewer than 10 spaces, but since we only stayed one night, we had no issue finding a spot.

The hot breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, especially during winter when it was still dark at 10 am. It was a cozy and comforting way to start the day.

The staff were wonderful—warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made our experience even better.

The only downside was the small size of the bathroom and shower, which felt cramped. No sulfur smell with the water. Drank straight from the tap. Location and everything else about our stay were great.

Overall, we’d recommend this hotel, especially if you value convenience, friendly service, and a good breakfast!

I appreciate the room upgrade given by the hotel staff. That's just smart business. I like the location of the hotel, a few steps away from bus stop #9 , with windows watching for tour buses from the comfort indoors. And it's also close to shops and restaurants.The rooms are clean and modern and the breakfast is pretty good.In case of really bad weather (like during one day of my stay), you can just eat at the on-site restaurant which serves good food.

Would recommend to anyone planning on staying in Reykjavik.

We arrived later than expected due to a cancelled flight but Erik was very helpful and welcoming on the front desk.

The breakfast was great, the room was clean and the location of the hotel was very handy. It is right next to the city centre and has a useful bus stop outside.

Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again.

Great staff, front desk folks and had a pleasant experience staying here. Room was tidy and the staff were able to accommodate us even before the check in time! Breakfast is complimentary, nice and warm. Great proximity to the bus stops, it is not even 1 min of walking from the majority of tour operator’s pickup location. Bus stops for local transit is right across the street.

We are so happy with our stay at the hotel. Excellent service, staff are very friendly and helpful particularly the young guy and his male.manager. the restaurant manager and all his staff are great and friendly. Couldn't ask for more. Location is perfect, near bus stops, shops, groceries, eateries and places to visit. 10 mins walk to the seaport and everything. I will book again here when I go back to Iceland and will recommend to my friends.

Very kind and helpful staff. 10 free parking spaces available. The room was large, clean, and comfortable with curtained windows overlooking the streets below. Nice location and lovely full breakfast included. My only minimal complaints are poor/minimal in-room lighting, no bathroom countertop space, and mattresses on the firm side.
