We were travelling the Ring Road 7 days straight and wanted to rest for two nights in one place and were fortunate to book here. The hosts were warm, friendly and welcoming. The deck has a great view of the ocean and sunset with a hot tub. The second night here, we were the only guest and had the house to ourselves. We cooked dinner in the beautiful kitchen and enjoyed relaxing in their home. Our hosts lived in a separate place ne t door and they even did our laundry. I highly recommend this place. It is just off Road 1 on a beautiful farmland setting with the mountain in your doorstep"|

La ubicación de este establecimiento es asombrosa, aunque está a 2 km de Hofsós. Las vistas desde lo alto son impresionantes, y podéis disfrutar de la puesta de sol. Habitaciones no muy amplias, pero con armario y buenas vistas, muy luminosas. Camas muy cómodas. Cuarto de baño impecable con una ducha amplia y con muchos productos de baño. Cocina gigante con mesa para comer/cenar. Muchísimos utensilios de menaje. Vitrocerámica, frigorífico y microondas. Café y té gratis durante la estancia. El jacuzzi es un plus para el alojamiento, ya que solo lo compartes con tres habitaciones. Estar viendo la puesta de sol y las vistas del mar es algo que vas a recordar siempre. Lo que hace de este alojamiento un lugar ideal para tus vacaciones. Personal amable que te explica el funcionamiento de cocina y jacuzzi.

Quiet, clean, a world away from everything!||We stayed here in late June (just after the summer solstice) and enjoyed the hot tub on the deck watching the sun skim the horizon until midnight when we finally decided to go to bed.||The guest house is just north of the town of Hofsos and is set well back from the road, against the base of the mountain. It is so quiet, our city-accustomed ears took some time to get used to it.||If you are lucky enough to have sun, the sky is immense - like being in the Prairies. The view of the inlet is spectacular and the deck faces northwest, so sunsets go on and on and on.

The guesthouse was very easy to find and the location was impressive. The hosts were super friendly, welcoming and chatty. The rooms were well appointed and the outdoor jacuzzi was great.||||Some better blackout blinds would be useful as a lot of light entered the room when trying to sleep.

I highly recommend staying here. The hospitality was incredible. And the energy/ view of the place was also amazing. We arrived later than anticipated, our host was very accommodating. The facilities were nice and new. But the highlight was definitely the jacuzzi on the front deck, with the breathtaking view! Would have loved to have stayed longer! Thank you :)|||

Litla Brekka has been by far the best accomodation we've had during our tour in Iceland! Everything was perfect: very confortable bed, fully-equipped kitchen, wonderful landscape from the sitting-room, amazing hot-tube (you may relax there, waiting for midnight sun!) Hosts were really kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend to stay there!!!

We werden al aan het het opgevangen, alsof de eigenaar al de hele dag op ons zat te wachten. Ook de kwispelende hond toonde zijn blijdschap. We kregen een prachtige kamer en deelden de badkamer met andere gasten. Er hing veel kunst aan de muur en alles was uitermate schoon en netjes. Een prima verblijf. Eén minpuntje, de WiFi verbinding was heel slecht.
