Absolutely loved this B&B. Close drive to the city centre in Reykjavik, very centrally located and easy to get around, but walking distance to grocery stores. Close to bus stops as well. The hostesses were amazing and super friendly, breakfast was good and fresh every morning (fresh fruit, berry compote, toast, meat/cheese/veggies, pancakes, cereal, coffee, tea, juice). The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Also, if you take a short walk down into the ravine area, you will find lots of bunnies in the park!

A wonderful place to stay. My wife and I spent five days here, using it as the "base camp" for exploring Reykjavik and southwest Iceland. The breakfasts were very good and ample. There is a major bus hub, grocery store, gas station and liquor store across the street. It couldn't have been more convenient. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with walking trails going off in every direction. It will be our first choice when returning to Iceland.

Very good place to stay in Reykjavik. Quiet with comfortable rooms. Not so far from city center (if you have car).

The owner very nice. We came during the night (2 am) and there was no problem with the late hour.

We had a wonderful stay at Aros B&B. We got the studio with ensuite bathroom, which was extremely spacious, even with two IKEA POANG chairs to rest, nice Scandinavian furnitures and very comfortable bed. Radiators for heating were all over the windows. Breakfast was served in the dinning table next to a classy living room. Very nice place. Quite generous breakfast and the owners were always there to make sure they refill what was needed. Awesome people, was really nice to chat a bit in the morning, made us feel like home, very kind and welcoming. It was the best start we could have for our (awesome) trip to Iceland. Parking is easy, great location if you move by car.

Très bon accueil. Très belles chambres. Gens sympathiques et souriants.

Seul bémol, les fenêtres n'ont pas de tentures occultantes, et en été, pour ceux qui n'en ont pas l'habitude, les nuits islandaises sont difficiles avec leurs 20 heures d'ensoleillement.

Es war die beste Unterkunft überhaupt. Die Gastfreundschaft und das leckere Frühstück sind nicht zu übertreffen. Die familiäre Atmosphäre schafft ein wunderbares Gefühl, als wäre man zu Hause. Wenn ich nochmal in Reykjavik übernachte, dann NUR HIER!!! Die Zimmer sind hübsch, gemütlich und sauber. Der Aufenthalts/Frühstücksraum ist riesig und offen mit ganz vielen Fenstern.
Die Dame des Hauses war sogar so umsichtig unsere Badesachen nach unserem besuch in einer heissen Quelle in den Trockenraum zu hängen, damit diese schneller trocknen. ♥
1000 Punkte für diese Unterkunft!!!

Friendly hosts, great location (15 minutes to Reykjavik's Old Harbor even in morning commuter traffic; easy drive to downtown), comfortable and clean rooms, calm and restful. Close to everything.
