Ultimately a very enjoyable experience. Quiet, romantic, clean, private igloo. It takes a little while to heat up but was actually quite comfortable with heated blanket and several heaters. They have bathrooms and showers a short walk away. Biggest complaint was the fog inside the igloo, tried opening windows and turning down the heat but made it hard to see anything clearly from inside which was why we were there.

Staying at the Aurora Igloo in Iceland was one of the highlights of our trip! We only stayed for one night, but it was such a magical experience. The igloo was so cosy and warm, and when it started snowing, it felt like something straight out of a fairy tale.
We were lucky enough to see the northern lights, and it was unreal. The sky lit up with the most incredible colours, dancing above us for hours. We went outside to take it all in, which was breathtaking, but being able to lie in bed and watch the lights through the glass roof was something else entirely.
There was a small building situated a short walk from the igloos, with shower and toilet facilities as well as a coffee machine and a selection of teas. Everything was kept clean and tidy and routinely topped up.
If you’re thinking about booking a stay here, do it! It’s such a unique experience and one we’ll never forget. Highly recommend!

Votre expérience dépendra du temps. Si il fait beau : Expérience intéressante si vous aimez camper et payer cher. La salle de bain est commune à l’extérieur à une trentaine de mètres donc avec du beau temps cela passe.
Par temps de pluie ou neige sera une catastrophe se sera comme camper en hiver. Et ça ne vaut pas le coup mar rapport au prix de la nuit.
Je trouve le prix cher pour ce que c’est, c’est même une usine à fric pour le propriétaire. Il y’a peu de services, peu d’entretien et personne sur place en cas de problème ou besoin.
Je ne recommande pas pour le prix plutôt honéreux par rapport au lieu.

Had an absolutely amazing night in our first stay at the Igloo. We arrived a bit tired after an entire day of fun so it was revealing to take a quick nap in the kozy beds before going to dinner in the nearby local town Hella. ||It's so practical how they've thought out for everything; despite being slightly chilly outside when we arrived we managed to warm up within minutes using the radiators, when it was a bit too bright to sleep at this time of year in Iceland the eyecovers came in handy - and after the sun shined on us the entire morning we opened the windows listening to birds flying by and singing - just like sleeping in the nature. ||The beds are soft and gentle, even better than at many hotels we've visited. And the Igloo is more spacious than it looks from the outside. Complete privacy and soundproofing from other visitors. Me and my girlfriend played cards before going to sleep. Facilities are just 30sec away in a romantic lighted up walkway.||Before leaving we got ourselves the complimentary cappuccino from the coffee machine. 10/10 experience, must-visit for every couple that wants a unique romantic getaway or needs some self-retreat.

C'est incroyable, igloo très bien emménagé avec lits chauffants. Le paysage est dégagé donnant sur les prés. La nuit est froide en mars, et le chauffage par ventilateurs bruyants. Pas de toilette, il faut aller au bungalow commun (bien emménagé : cuisine, micro ondes, café et 3 salles de bain, toilette, douche, lavabo) C'est propre. Pas de réception, la prise des clés se fait par enveloppe dans le bungalow commun. La nuit est chère mais exceptionnelle. Il nous a juste manqué les aurores boréales.

We stayed at Aurora Igloos for one night this past weekend and had an absolutely amazing time. The location is perfect, close to town so we ordered takeaway and enjoyed it while watching the most beautiful sunset right from our bed.||The igloo was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed—including great WiFi. ||Everything was very calm and quiet—it felt like our own little escape. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a special and relaxing experience in Iceland. We only wish we could have stayed longer♥️|- Dagný and Lena

Stanza molto bella ma abbiamo abbandonato a causa del caldo eccessivo all'Interno, (non siamo stati gli unici) e visto che abbiamo un bimbo di 18 mesi (specificato nella prenotazione Airbnb) abbiamo dovuto rinunciare. Probabilmente da soli avremmo aspettato mezzanotte prima di entrare in modo da fare raffrescare l'interno, ricordo che qui è giorno per 24 ore in questo periodo .

Unforgettable experience. Lovely glamping experience. Definitely spring for the rooms with the private bathrooms, because it also gets you much needed storage space and it is nice to have a bit of privacy.
