It was a good size apartment with a nice kitchen and a small bathroom. Located in a very nice area, tons of parking space around the corner. Very quiet at night, and right across from the lake. The only thing that I didn’t like too much was the bathroom was really small, even hard for one person to turn around in the bathroom so I used the sink in the kitchen a lot. The front door was heavy so you could hear other guests going in and out of the building with the loud sound from door closing, but people were quiet at night so we weren’t bother at night and had good nights of sleep.

We had the best stay here! We couldn’t have asked for anything better! Super close to downtown, close to bus stop 1 and 2 for tour pickups and close to grocery stores! A kitchen was a life saver because it was quite expensive to eat out every night in Reykjavik! and the Kitchen had everything you could need to make a meal. Overall it was a clean, cozy and convenient stay!

Received instructions before we arrived which were very clear and precise. Room was small but we had booked a studio and the price was good. Has everything you would need. Few minutes walk to Main Street with restaurants and bars. Underfloor heating in bathroom and powerful shower, however can be a bit smelly with the sulphur in the water. Would recommend

Highly recommend these apartments. We had 61/62 which are ground floor studios at the side. They have everything you need & the location is perfect- just a short walk into town & right outside number 2 bus stop. Across the road is tjorvin pond & we saw the lights over there. |We had issues accessing apartments when we first arrived but this was quickly sorted over the phone. |Excellent communication from their team throughout. Would definitely use again.

Awesome location. clean and functional apartment, no issues. would stay here again without hesitation. just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants you need, but far enough away that it's nice and quiet. check in process simple, door code sent on day of arrival (might have been the night before). highly recommended.

This was by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at - do not stay here under any circumstances.

We checked into the room for our last two nights in Reykjavik. The reviews looked great, so we were looking forward to our stay…

We entered the room and were hit by a strong smell of fish. Not an ideal start, but we accepted it and left the window open as we headed out for some food. It was 8pm and we returned back to our room hoping for a relaxing evening and good night’s sleep.

After pulling back the duvet, we noticed that the sheets were off white…Upon close inspection, we saw numerous sperm stains and pubes on the bottom bed sheet (see attached photos). By far the most disgusting bed sheets I have ever witnessed.

We called the reception to ask if they could refund us the money, as we wanted to stay elsewhere after seeing the extremely poor level of cleaning at these apartments. The customer service team told us that we could move apartment while they ‘cleaned’ our sperm/pube-stained sheets. Obviously, we were not content with this after what we’d just seen.

After requesting a refund and a lot of useless back and forth, they had the audacity to tell us that they would send a cleaner to ‘verify’ the cum stains and pubes on the bed. It had hit 11pm…

We received no refund. Instead they forced us to sleep on a bed of cum and pubes, or get another hotel out of our own pocket. Needless to say, we chose the latter.

Disgusting hotel with even more disgusting owners. Do not stay under any circumstances.

Everything about the apartment was great. The location, the ease of self check in and the communication from the owner beforehand. I can’t comment about during as no assistance was needed. The whole stay was problem free and very enjoyable. The kitchen had everything you would need for a stay and the bed was comfy. There was ample towels and it was an all round comfortable stay. I could find no fault and would highly recommend.
