Struttura non molto invitante dall’esterno.
All’interno le camere sono moderne e curate, attrezzate di tutto ciò che serve per trascorrere una notte di passaggio.

Super clean and modern! The bed was comfortable, they provided extra pillows and the units are within walking. Distance of town. Service was great. When we couldn't figure out the lock box the owner came immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

The room is quite spacious and the kitchen has pretty much everything one would expect in such accommodation.
Clean room.
The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent.
Located in the center of Hofn, and therefore close to essential services.
We had an issue when we arrived (the apartment was already occupied) but it was immediately resolved by the hostess - but obviously, we were in a somewhat uncomfortable situation at first.
Hofn has a lot of light as a city, so sometimes we had to move outside of Hofn to see the auroras - although on one of the nights, it was possible to see the auroras from the apartment. Still, it's a very short distance to the "darker" site, and the proximity to essential services compensates.

Posizione comoda, seppur sulla strada, con parcheggio, a due passi dall'unico supermercato di Hofn e vicino al porto, così come ai principali ristoranti della città.|L'appartamento ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare semplici pasti (due fuochi misti induzione-elettrico), compresi piatti, bicchieri, posate e stoviglie.|Non è certo in posizione panoramica, se non si tirano le tende si è sotto gli occhi di tutti i passanti. Non è economico, più di 200 euro a notte, ma consente di risparmiare se si decide di cenare a casa. Per gli italiani come il sottoscritto: manca lo scolapasta, noi ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con un colino.

From the outside and based on the price we did not expect much. We were very wrong. If you get one of the ground floor apartments, they are wonderful. Modern with big bathrooms, including a large luxurious shower. The kitchens are well equipped. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of room for a couple to unpack luggage and have a relaxing night. The only downside is it is not easy to figure out how to "check-in" as the email was about how to get a key was not as clear as it could have been. The restaurant staff in the same building, however are very helpful.

We arrived early for check in by 2 hours, expecting to leave our car and go wandering till 4 pm. The owner and staff were just leaving after cleaning tghe apartment and said we could go in then which was great. The modern interior of this studio offered all that we needed for the night; we cooked a simple meal and watched TV until we went to view gg Aurora arojjnd 10 pm. The facilities are good and the bed comfortable. It was cosy on a cold night and we slept like rocks with no disturbance.

The full kitchen was the best part. If you want to take a break from the very expensive restaurants, consider staying a few nights here and do your one night hops at the hotels. Super clean and fast internet. This owner pays attention to the details. This was the 6th place we stayed so far in our loop of the country and only place that had a sink which made it simple to fill up our water bottles.

Dima Studio Apartments Hofn||||My wife and I were travelling the ring road in Iceland and this was our last stop before taking the ferry back to Denmark. We had tried to stick to self catering but sometimes we stayed in hotels in scenic areas/surroundings. ||||This was by far the worst two nights we had spent in our two week trip exploring the sites of Iceland. Whilst we agree with the comments of the other reviewers we have to draw your attention to the fact that these apartments are situated in the middle of an industrial estate near a cod liver oil processing plant and next door to a fish restaurant kitchen. We experienced it but have to leave it to you to imagine the pervading smell! ||||The apartments are converted on what was at one time a parade of offices. See picture. The original windows remain in place. There is no extractor fan in the kitchen and if the windows are closed to stop the outside smells then you get cooking smells in the room.||||Across the road is an outdoor geo thermal swimming pool well worth a visit there's also a water slide. Further out of town are the much advertised out door hot tubs at Hoffell IMPO the pool affords a better experience. A few minutes walk away following the route to the pool is a Netto supermarket. Not very impressed with the offer.||||If you plan to stay in Hofn why not consider a hotel, they seem somewhat cheaper than these apartments and there are many places to eat by the harbour, from fast food to posh. The lobster tails are to die for. The restaurant we would choose is the one called the langoustine with a giant wooden depiction of a langoustine stood outside. Prices for all restaurant seem similar. If you want to divert from the country side of Iceland and enjoy a night in an industrial estate then this is the place for you.
