This is the only b&b we stayed during our trip and we are glad we got our private room that no need to share with others.||||Things are completely different than we expected.||||We arrived around 10pm and after we park the car, we saw a lady waiting outside. I had a very good impression at the beginning. She showed us the room and told us there is breakfast severed in the morning. We went to check out room, it looks very clean, and it is not shared with anyone.||||We went down to ask her if we can use the kitchen to boil some hot water and make instant noodles (They are in the cup so we just have to pour hot water to cook it.) 4||||She said breakfast is in the morning, you don't use kitchen there is no dinner. I told her we are no asking for dinner, we just need hot water to make our own dinner.. She seems unhappy but agreed for the hot water for us to use.||||we were very quietly to wait for the noodles to be cooked, kids are reading books at the table not any noises. ||||Suddenly +her husband came to the kitchen. He looked at me at the table and ask me what are you doing in my kitchen ? I told him the lady said okay to boil some hot water we are just need that to make instant noodle .||||He said : I WANT YOU TO BE OUT HERE IN 5 MINUTES||||i said excuse me ? we were just sitting on the chair and table, not using any of your stuff except for hot water. and we are not making any noises. why you have to be so rude to use like this ?||||He Repeated : YOU HAVE 5 MINUTES HERE||||i told him I can't finish our noodle in 5 mins. they are no even ready to eat yet and my kids can't eat that fast. we were sitting at the kitchen because i don't want to bring food to our room to eat||||He then said : I GIVE YOU 10 MINS.||||We finished really fast and afraid to make any noise when we tidy up and walk on the stairs.||||The room is very cold . The blanket is very light not for the season. , feels like there are cold air from the window but the window is closed ||||My daughter start to have runny nose and sneezing when waking up.||||The washroom and shower is very small. The shower is only a spay head . the shower door is also broken . very messy on the floor after we shower. ||||We feel very unwelcomed here. I paid for our stay but don't feel like to be treated like a customer, not even guests ||||The breakfast were served on time, she left a very small curtain of milk for 5 people to make cereal. She keeps coming in to check up . not for help, but make us like we've been watching when eating breakfast... ||||I don't know why the hosts have such big attitude over us. If you don't like people stay in your house use your kitchen to eat, then don't run this b&b business. You take my money but not providing the value I paid for. ||||Avoid this place. Better stay in a tent or your car is more comfortable than sleep in there house . They are watching you and treat you as you are going to steal things

A éviter. Une salle de douche avec le wc pour 10 voyageurs de 4 chambres et d une odeur désagréable, personne ne s est douché. Petit déjeuner qui n’a que le nom… l accueil est glacé … seul le chat est sympa.chambres séparées par une porte avec une armoire devant on entend bien les voisins … ne regardez pas sous les lits..

Belles chambres, salle de bain WC petite à partager avec d'autres locataires. Petit-déjeuner pas bon: jus de fruits pas froids, que de la confiture d'orange amère, céréales bas de gamme. Produits de supermarché, légumes crus tranchés la veille...accueil courtois cependant

Avoid this place. Better stay in a tent or your car is more comfortable than sleep in there house . They are watching you and treat you as you are going to steal things

I didn't stay in the place but I was passing by and had a bathroom emergency. She didn't let me use it. Who does that?

If you want to experience a bit of Icelandic hospitality and get to know the locals then this is a great overnight (or even several) stop. Great hosts, and you can meet the horses too!

Friendly and cozy stay, great hospitality. Small, but nice breakfast in the kitchen.
