Heimilslegt og vingjarnlegt gistiheimili í Fljótshlíðinni. Jana og Guðni tóku virkilega vel á móti okkur og eiga heiður skilinn fyrir gestrisni sína.

The host was nice and kind. Thats about the only good thing about this experience. Both food options (vegetarian and normal) were not the best. Our room was unknown to us advertised as a three bed. We were a group of six. They squeezed three new beds into this already tiny room. Two of them were made of boxes. Beds were not clean, mine and a few others had old dried blood on them, it was disgusting. One bed was next to the sink and got water all over her bed. The other bed has a clothing rail over it which we could not use due to a bed being underneath it. Two beds were pushed to the edge, as this was a triangle slanted room they hit their heads a few times. The dust was unreal. We were awoken at 5.00 to a cockerel. Could not get back to sleep. The bathroom outside was so impractical. There was a picture of a lady above my bed, it freaked me out a little but didnt bother me however it freaked out my friend so i took it off the wall to move it. When i took the picture off the wall the colour difference of the wall behind the picture was disgusting. Obviously cant really be fixed but try clean it. The shared kettle between multiple rooms was alright i guess. Going back to the food we got 1 digestive biscuit as a treat and was told to put it in the bag with my sandwich. It became soggy and tasted like salami. Was close to sights but do not reccomend.

Such a beautiful guesthouse. I would recommend this place to anyone! The comfiest mattress I have ever slept on.
The stairs in the main building are quite slippy and thin, be careful.

I loved the hosts food here! I came with my school and we rented the whole place and the host was so welcoming and friendly!
I’d love the lasagna and chicken leg recipe! It was so so good!

We hebben fijne nacht hier gehad. Bedden liggen lekker, kamer is wel aan kleine kant voor 4 personen met bagage. We kwamen 21uur aan en de sleutel lag voor ons klaar.

prenotato mesi fa. mi hanno contattato dicendomi che erano in overbooking e che avrebbero trovato un altra sistemazione per me se poteva andare bene. quando ho chiesto che la nuova sistemazione avesse le stesse condizioni della camera prenotata (bagno/costo/colazione) mi hanno chiesto di cancellare la prenotazione perché non mi avrebbero garantito una camera. nonostante mi avessero confermato la prenotazione mesi fa.

Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut über und auch freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und eng. Das Gemeinschaftsbad ist auch nicht groß. Wir konnten nicht gut in den Betten schlafen und haben uns leider nicht wohlgefühlt, aber für eine Nacht ist es in Ordnung.

Chambre très mal insonorisée. Petit déjeuner excessif en prix. Pour cuisiner, juste une bouilloire pour l'ensemble des chambres. Un aspect vétuste et en travaux au vue des outils cachés derrière le coin réception
