Amazing. Clean, ready, easy, quiet, comfy. 10 minutes to town. Best sleep yet. Hot tub with a beautiful view over the inlet of the city of Akureyri with the mountains rising in full splendor behind. We wished we had made our trip stay here for a few days instead of just one night.

L’appartement que nous avions (le « 1 ») était parfait : très grand, hyper bien équipé, décoré avec goût, lumineux, avec une vue imprenable sur Akureyri.|Seul point qui pourrait être amélioré : la literie qui n’est pas à la hauteur du reste des prestations.|Une rivière d’eau chaude court à 50m du bâtiment avant de se jeter dans la mer. Possibilité de s’y baigner.|Il faut 5 bonnes minutes de voiture pour se rendre à Akureyri. |En arrivant, le chemin d’accès aux appartements se situe juste à la sortie du tunnel.

I reccommend getting the apartments. It is everything and even more than it looks like in the photos. It is clean, bright and well equipped apartments with stunning seaview over Akureyri. They have jacuzzi and Key West style furnitures outside where you can drink your morning coffee. |The host is also reachable via booking app and very helpful.

Amazing apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has washing and drying machine. At the balcony there is a jacuzzi, and a wonderful panoramic view. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Halllandsnes Apartments and had the 2 bedroom (4 twin beds in one room) and 2 in the other as well as a 2 bedroom apartment. Apartments 1 &2. These were amazingly clean and modern. The view from aparment 1 was incredible. We also LOVED the hot tub and used it in the evening as we looked across at the beautiful city of Akureyi. One of our favorite nights in Iceland. Gorgeous.

Beautiful house comes with an amazing sea view and a jacuzzi at the front. Hosts are super helpful, good communication and everything was super smooth. And they helped me in fixing my broken car next day at 8AM, very impressive and much appreciated efforts. ?

We had the original or older section of the apartments which I feel are the least desirable. We did need to sleep five so that is probably why we got the assignment but it was clearly not updated or anything like the other reviewers descriptions. Long story short, if you have to sleep five or six, find another place. It did have laundry in the toilet room, which lended to a musty odor. The owner was not happy I had the window open to clear the smell. We were two hours arriving after our check in time and the unit was not ready. There were 5 coffee pods for two days left for us. The owner did bring more but I had already gone in to town to purchase coffee. It was comfortable enough, the hot tub hours were posted for a two hour time frame, not sure if that was the case for all units. It was a good view, but the price was way too high for this specific place. We had two nights there and wished it were only one. I did know there were stairs before booking so that was not a problem, it was just an odd conglomeration of furnishings and basically nothing special for 113,680 ISK

The owner was the best host I ever met in the entire trip. She is extremely responsible ||n caring person. There was a snowstorm n she drove over to check if we were OK||n offered to buy food for us. Beautiful apartment with fully equipped kitchen. ||Spectacular view of the fjord n town of Akureyri. We were comfortable staying in||the apartment. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Akureyri.
