Fantastic apartment. Compact but everything you needed was there. Easy to find, parking outside, good communication from agents. No problems.||Would highly recommend this accommodation as it was reasonably priced, not too far from the centre. Petrol station across the road plus a Subway open until 9pm. Supermarket again open 9-9 daily. Perfect for a break.

The room was not in very good shape. The bathroom is big, but the shower is not well executed and you get water all over the place, even outside the bathroom. There was a “hair & body” ‘shampoo’ inside the shower but it had nothing in it and it seemed broken. The shower needs paint-job and it has no humidity extractor... even in the walls of the apartment that were NOT the bathroom had a lot of humidity.
Also, the booking app said it was 2.7 km from downtown, but it is more than 4 km from downtown. Do not recommend this place.

Also, the bed was very loose. It squeaks a lot. And the place was not very clean.

A well furnished and comfortable apartment. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for us and we were grateful for the extra cutlery, extra chair, extra cup etc as we are a family of five. Often we stay in places and they are equipped for four!

Good location, large supermarkets nearby and the fantastic Sundalugin just ten minute walk away.

Big room, friendly and cozy. I would have given 5 stars if the dishes were well washed and if the sockets were not broken. The room needs a little care.

If you’re from out of town, like I assume everyone who stays here is, the phone number won’t work. And no one communicates that they will provide check in information.. eventually. We finally get the info, get in, and the room is disgusting. Not cleaned at all. They’ve been “running behind” okay cool, communicate that. Wait another hour. They extend our check out an hour.. wow thanks it’s the hour I paid for anyway and couldn’t get in. Then someone comes in an hour before checkout insisting we are wrong and they need to come in and clean right now ? real disappointing experience for $165 usd.

While our room was comfortable and had decent necessities, the bathroom needed a new paint job and our balcony needed to be cleaned. But the fourth floor has an amazing view of the bay and mountains, and the big windows let in plenty of natural light. The kitchenette was adequate and with a supermarket right across the street, we could get whatever we needed easily.

Within easy reach of Keflavík Airport and Reykjavik…. But far enough away to avoid that Reykjavik price tag! Shops and restaurants on the doorstep along with a main bus stop.

The room is basic and no frills but has everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

If you’re looking for a base to explore Iceland and crash on a night, this place is perfect!

The only downside was the 10am check out. Given the sunrise time, it would’ve been better to have an extra couple of hours as we felt we were up and out before sunrise.

This apartment is clean, checking process was simple, you get entrance number to enter the premise, and passkey to open keybox.
The parking is free, and a number of stores and convenience stores nearby. Really worth to stay
