Carina la localizzazione in tante casette separata. Le camere sono essenziali senza un armadio e con poche grucce. Comunque sono pulite e il bagno è grande con un grande spazio doccia. Le casette sono un po’ lontane dal luogo della colazione soprattutto nel caso di pioggia.

Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights here in late August. The cabin (we stayed in the upper unit) was comfortably furnished in a stylish Icelandic-Norwegian style and very, very clean. The hosts pointed us to wonderful hikes and their favorite local historical sites. We also loved seeing the working farm. As we are farm owners ourselves, we could see that is a well-run and modern dairy farm. Overall it was a magical place for us to stay.

We occupied the Gestahús (both floors) for one night. There were 10 of us and space was plentiful. The loft of the upper floor was great for the kids. The double beds were comfortable for the adults. The facilities are modern and clean. The kitchen of the upper floor is small but well-equipped. We cooked our own meals (both dinner and breakfast) since meals are not provided (make sure to stock up at a supermarket before your get there, since the setting is rural and there are no supermarkets nearby). Bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows) and towels were provided for a small additional fee. The location is beautiful - rolling lush green farmland, horses, and serenity. We were lucky with the weather - sunny and mild. The deck allows one to enjoy the outside when the weather is good.

Stunning views, secluded yet close to the town for amenities. Host is superb, very accommodating, will even let you tour the farm and mliking operation upon request. The house is stocked with all things you will need for your stay. Guesthús and Leifhús are both roomy. The hot pot was a wonderful part of our trip, used daily. We made some awesome memories here.

Nous avons loué un logement pour 3 personnes. Nous avons trouvé un petit chalet, avec 3 chambres à coucher, un salon, une grande cuisine, 1 salle à manger, 2 salles de bain, des lits pour plus de 10 personnes. |Notre chalet comprenait également un jacuzzi, bien agréable après une journée de route. |Endroit calme, sans nuisances. Tout le confort nécessaire. Une bonne adresse que je recommande.

Wonderful cottages with an abundance of supplies provided such as salt, pepper and baking oil. The view is marvellous as the cottages are located isolated from the main roads. This is also a minor downside as it takes a while to go to any tourism spots. Would recommend.

We are 7 adults who stayed in Leifshús for a weekend in June as we had family business to attend to near by. The house was fresh and clean, very well equipped, the beds comfortable and we loved the hot pool. We can really recommend this house for groups or bigger families. The nature surrounding Keldudalur is lovely both for adults and children

We stayed with a group of friends for 4 nights at Keldudalur which is a very modern and comfortable guesthouse with 3 bedrooms and a great living room. Keldudalur is a family farm where you can have first hand experience of Icelandic farming. The place is ideal for group of friends or family who seek great nature and peace and quiet.
