Allt gekk eins og í sögu flott hótel og herbekið lika. baðið allt flott og hreint og þjónustan bara góð. Áttum bara góða tíma þarna vorum í risi með bara glugga sem við sáum bara himininn en það er ekki slæmt þegar það er stj0rnubjart og rosa flott kveðja ur sveitinni....

Great location to many areas in the Reykjavik city. Next to the famous hot dogs!
Many lovely breakfast spots nearby. 2 - 4 min walk to marina/waterfront.
Lovely, helpful staff.
We opted out of the breakfast, and chose to enjoy elsewhere.
Beds and pillows are comfy.
Small, convenient fridge for storage.
Nicely decorative rooms.
A really great stay.

Nice clean hotel located in center of town. Front desk personnel were very nice and helpful. Since this was my first time staying in a European hotel I was surprised there was no air conditioning. The hotel did provide a fan and it was sufficient enough to cool the room. Also there is a very nice deep soaking bathtub however since I am older it was very difficult for me to climb out without falling. Now that I’ve stayed there and no what to expect I would stay there again.

We are very pleased with our stay. We are very surprised that all employees were always helpful and smiling despite a lot of traffic and many questions. The location in the city centre was very good for exploring the city. Quite an expensive hotel, but there are no cheap places in Iceland, so we counted on the expense, but it was money well spent.

Bien situé au centre ville, le personnel de l’hôtel est sympathique mais les chambres au 5ème étage sont à déconseiller car il 'est pas possible d'ouvrir une fenêtre et l'air n'est pas renouvelé. La literie est agréable et la salle de bain est grande. Bon petit déjeuner, sans plus.

Great location but seriously lacking in other areas. Room was ok but no drawers, just a small wardrobe so really only suited to a short stay. We returned to our room at 5pm after a day out and it hadn't been made up or cleaned. A phone call to reception brought fresh towels & tea bags but disappointingly poor service. Cold selection at breakfast was ok but (not very) hot selection was poor. We were staying post cruise with Viking, the hotel failed to load our luggage onto the correct airport transfer bus. It eventually arrived at the airport after an hour and several frantic phone calls by the very helpful driver, but with only minutes to spare before check-in closed it wasn't a pleasant end to our stay in Reykjavik.
