Nice guesthouse near the city center of Reykjavik. Rooms are spacious and clean, as well as the common bathroom. Kitchen is a little bit too small for a common space but It was fine, i never used it during my stay. Only two downsides:
- the price, i paid more than 140€ per night, which seems a little bit too expensive given that you are paying only for a bed (no breakfast included obviously),
- check-in hours are only after 3 p.m. which seems a little bit too late, although you can drop your luggage in a locked room till the check-in time has come while you enjoy the city.

Los propietarios super amables, respondieron todas mis dudas y me ayudaron mucho. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, tienen espacio, bien calefacciónadas. La limpieza muy bien. Super fácil llegar y encontrar estacionamiento. Me encantó.

Really lovely! I was traveling with my father, and the folks running the guesthouse brought him extra pillows, because he needs to sleep mostly upright. Then, when there was a cancellation, they offered us the extra room so that he and I could each be more comfortable. We're so grateful for the kindness and hospitality. |The rooms are clean, bright, and warm. We used the shared kitchen every morning. Shared bathrooms were never an issue - there are three on the main floor. Rooms also have a small sink, and there are coffee and tea makings in the rooms as well. |A quick 5 minute walk to the harbor, a 20-30 minute walk to the downtown area near the big church, and a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest pool with thermal baths. |I'd love to go back, and I'd definitely recommend it!

We stayed at that property for 1 night. The self-check-in instructions were clear and easy, and had been sent one day in advance. It was a room in a private house with a shared kitchen, a few bathrooms and toilet facilities. The house is centrally located not far from the town hall. There was a comfortable bed, a small coffee table, a wash-basin, a mirror and a hanger in the room. We were also pleased to have coffee/tea facilities, such as an electric kettle, cups, some ground coffee, sugar, some tea. The room was quite spacious and warm as there were some heated radiators. Overall, that homestay can be recommended if a guest agrees to share bathrooms/toilets/kitchen with other guests.

Convenient location, the day before you receive an email with excellent check in instructions, sweet staff if you see them, very clean, shared bathrooms were plentiful, quiet. Stayed 6 nights.

La pensión se encuentra ubicada en una zona más o menos céntrica (unos 20' andando desde la estación de autobús). Las habitaciones están muy bien y los baños eran compartidos pero de buen tamaño. Hay 2 abajo y 1 arriba equipados. La cocina tiene de todo pero es algo pequeña si os encontráis varias personas en ella. La limpieza no estaba mal. Mantenían la calefacción durante todo el día por lo que no pasas nada de frío. La indicación que te dan son bastante claras y buenas, por lo que no se debería tener ningún problema al ingresar en la habitación.

three bathrooms were working and one had washing machines with a cash payment system (money jar, 1000 ISK).

the location was perfect.

the only complaints would be the lack of an info email before arrival (a quick phone call was enough to arrange the check-in) and the lack of any signs outside the building to be sure one's in the right place.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, es gibt eine Küche für alle. Und es werden jeden Tag die Gemeinschaftsbäder gereinigt.
Die Wege in die Innenstadt sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
