We stayed at the Ranargata 46 location for a week. It was a perfect location - free parking on the street and close to bus stop 15 for your pickups. The apartment was very nice and Sjonni was very helpful and accommodating.

Reykjavík Central Apartments are homely , spacious accommodation in a convenient location less than ten minutes walk from the centre of town. We hired a car and were able to park directly outside of the front of the apartment for a small daily charge. The apartment itself was lovely, we felt very at home there. All facilities were excellent; the washer/dryer in the basement were great & we enjoyed the Netflix!||The owner Sjonni was really helpful both before & during our stay, providing information when I asked questions and also helping us when we got into difficulty assembling the baby cot provided; one of his family very kindly came round to assist on this & also gave us some helpful tips on places to take our two during during our stay.||Overall, we really enjoyed our visit here, thank you very much for a wonderful stay in Iceland.

Our apartment was in a fantastic location! The communication between ourselves and the managers was exceptional! They made sure we had all the information about not only how to access the key box but everything that was near by the apartment! This apartment had everything you need for a great stay in Reykjavík! You are literally 5 mins to the old harbour and bus stop 4 or 10 minutes to central Reykjavik! Love being in the older parts of cities in accommodation that kind of makes you feel like your living as a local! It is clean and comfortable and well set up! Highly recommend!

You cannot beat the value, location, and experience of these apartments! The host is excellently organized and communicates well in advance and oversees. They go above and beyond to prepare you for your arrival. The location itself is in a residential neighborhood just a few blocks from all the excitement on the main strip. It is close to old harbor where there are excursions, museums and alot of restaurants. We used Reyjavik as our home base and did long day tours to the Golden Circle and South Coast. All had a pick up stop at bus stop #4 which was around the corner and easy to use for tour pick up. Also, there are a few grocery stores within a reasonable walk as well. There is a full kitchen, private bedrooms for privacy and laundry onsite. When I return to Iceland, I will absolutely return here! So happy with our choice!

Very spacious and comfortable apartments in a very central location. |The host was very communicative and helpful and the apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms comfortable and there were lots of little treats. |A perfect home from home.

We've just got home from our 3 night stay. Perfect base in Reykjavik. More spacious than we were expecting. Really comfortable beds. Everything you could possibly need. The host Sjonni is super helpful with tips and advice regarding travelling/buses etc. Looking forward to visiting Iceland again and would not hesitate to stay again.

Our family of 6 stayed in one of the 3 bedroom apartments. It was such a nice place and very spacious. It had all the amenities we needed and was in an excellent location. We could easily walk to restaurants, shops, the harbor, and many attractions. The owner was also wonderful with his communications before and during our stay. Any time we would email, he would promptly reply. Ioved staying here!

Our family (children age 14,12,8,6) stayed at this apartment for four nights. We had long wanted to visit Iceland. This apartment could not be described as cheap - but it is terrific value for a group such as ours compared to hotel prices. It is worth every penny. It is large, modern and warm. It is stylishly decorated but in a reasonably child-proof way. The picture window view of the harbour is much, much more fascinating and beautiful than pictures can suggest. There is underground parking and the apartment is located a few minutes’ walk from a variety of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The property manager is accessible and very helpful.
We were mostly children but three couples would be equally happy here.
You may raise an eyebrow looking at the area and harbour on Streetview. You would be wrong. This is a buzzing and lively area, and the main downtown area is a short walk away.
