Siamo arrivati di sera dopo un lungo viaggio e la casa ha un odore nauseabondo di cibo. Abbiamo lasciato le finestre aperte per più di mezz'ora, nonostante la temperatura sotto lo zero, ma la situazione non è migliorata. La pulizia lascia a desiderare, sulla finestra del bagno e nella doccia c'è la muffa. L'acqua del lavandino del bagno fa fatica a scendere. L'arredamento è nella media e anche quello non è proprio pulito, c'è addirittura una poltrona che ha cambiato colore diventando marrone, le sedie della cucina sono impregnate dello stesso odore terribile di cibo. Il materasso non ha topper ne coprimaterasso, solo un lenzuolo consumato. Per il resto la casa era abbastanza pulita e non mancava nulla. Siamo al quarto piano ma non c'è ascensore. Il parcheggio dipende dalla fortuna, non è detto che si trovi, l'alternativa è di parcheggiare in strada pagando. Abbiamo trovato sempre parcheggio lì, tranne l'ultima sera che abbiamo dovuto metterla in strada ma non è stato difficile. La posizione è comodissima, a due passi dal centro di Reykjavik e con un supermercato ad un minuto a piedi.

Would easily stay here again - fantastic place, brilliantly simple rooms, has a free car-park in the back, perfectly central. Really great value for money, in fact, if I had spent more to stay at a hotel nearby I'd have been insane. Save your kronas, shop around the corner at the supermarket, and feel like you're living in Reykjavik.

What a pleasant stay. Our flat had it all what was needed, space in spades, a nice kitchen (with a small terrace), great living room, a big bathroom, a room with a comfy bed. Everything was comfortable, and the location is great, better than we thought it would be. Close to the heart of touristic Reykjavik, with a supermarket just some meters away… ||Only drawbacks was that parking is quite small, just good for four cars -there’s a public parking quite close-, and that it’s got no elevator. We were on the fourth and last floor -third in reality, as ground floor is already named 1-, but that turned out to have a magical effect: on our first night, thanks to not having any more storeys above us, we unadvertily spotted big and wonderful northern lights in the night sky, something we wouldn’t have noticed if we didn’t have that terrace in the kitchen with nothing above us. So, magical stay here.

Stayed here for 3 nights, although there is no reception, email communication was prompt and attentive, which I preferred than a conventional reception. After an early arrival the staff made every effort to store our bags and contact us as soon as the apartment was ready.||The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. WiFi and kitchen were great, take t- bags with you, non provided and expensive in Iceland. The bathroom was large with a corner Jacuzzi, unfortunately due to the apartment being in the roof space the shower head was fixed to the wall low down. At 6'2" this was a bit of an issue, for the less agile it would cause a problem, but as this building has no lift, the less agile wouldn't be able to access this particular room anyway, but this was a minor point and we wouldn't stay anywhere else now in Reykjavik in the future.

stayed here for a week in july 2024 and everything was 10/10. The apartment was very comfortable and suited our family of 5 nicely. Location is unbeatable and short walk to any destination or amenity (shout out Kronan grocery store just around the street). Kitchen had everything we needed including complimentary coffee (takk!). There is a parking lot on the property which was very convenient. It's a small lot, but we were lucky enough to always find a parking spot despite frequent and daily car trips in and out of reykjavik. I would definitely recommend reykjavi4you to anyone wanting to stay in iceland.

Nice apartment on a perfect location! The self check-in was easy and with an instruction video, the place was easy to find. The apartment was really clean and has everything you need. We could park the car directly near the front door, using the private parking.
There is no elevator and the building consists of multiple layers. We were on the first floor, so it wasn't really an issue for us.

Excellent stay during our Iceland visit. The location is absolutely perfect. Our large studio apartment was the perfect size for a couple. Directions for checking in and out were flawless.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Check in instructions were sent ahead of time with a helpful video. The apartment was spotless and well equipped with everything you needed. It is located in a perfect location to explore and close to local attractions and restaurants. Our apartment had a small balcony and a beautiful view.
